Which height should I use?
The pillow has a higher and a lower edge. Most side sleepers prefer the higher edge and most back sleepers the lower one. Turn the pillow around to switch.
How long does it take to get used to?
A contoured pillow can feel different at first. Give it a few nights for your neck and shoulders to settle into the shape.
How do I wash it?
Open the concealed zip to remove the milk silk cover, then machine wash it following the care label. Keep the foam itself out of the washing machine.
Why does it arrive rolled up?
It ships in compact roll packaging. Unwrap it and give the foam time to return to its full shape before you sleep on it.
