How do I adjust the pillow?

Wrap it around your neck and fasten the front micro-Velcro closure. Adjust until your chin and the sides of your head feel supported, without pressure or restriction.

Can I use it outside the plane?

Yes. It is designed for upright rest on trains, in passenger seats and while waiting between journeys. Never use it while driving.

Is the cover removable?

Yes, the soft fabric cover is removable. Check the care label before cleaning the cover or foam.

What about delivery and returns?
