  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT where required

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept payment via Shopify-supported payment methods available at checkout
  • ComfoVa is not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors)
  • In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
